Offered is a 6.5" x 41" photo capturing a panoramic view of platoons one through four from Company A in the 379th Infantry under the command of Captain A.R. Knott. Almost 125 troops are pictured in their long coats and campaign hats while the soldiers in the front row also hold their military issue rifles. "Co. A 379th Inft. Capt. A.R. Knott Commanding" printed bottom center while "Photo by Thompson 17 1/2 Parish St. Chillicothe, Ohio" is printed in the lower left corner and each platoon is also noted. Photo remains in excellent overall condition with slight staining and measures 11" x 47" professionally framed. (63Q0111)
